In 1991, Livingsoft released Dress Shop, a revolutionary program to automatically draft custom fitted patterns to personal measurements. 

It was the first software of its kind. It drafted 29 pattern styles with a small handful of design options, to 13 body measurements.

Today, as a result of 17 years of research and development, and the efforts of extremely talented programmers and designers, we offer Dress Shop 7. Dress Shop Standard now costs $199 and includes 281 patterns.

The program features more than 100 design options, providing the capacity to create millions more unique patterns than the original Dress Shop. And, most importantly, the program includes hundreds of standard size choices to enable users to easily sew for their entire family.  

Dress Shop drafts using up to 57 custom measurements. Additional features include a fabric layout tool, the ability to view a picture of the designed garment on screen, and scan in fabrics from your own fabric stash.

Dress Shop Standard represents an extraordinary value at a very modest price, something to be excited about in these inflationary times.
